I have never enjoyed a night sky more than in Canada. The winter skies bring a variety of stunning backdrops with a unique contrast of mountains and prairies. It get’s pretty wild out here! You might be braving minus 30 to catch the brightest night sky or staying up during the wee hours to spectate the Aurora Borealis but it is well worth it. In Canada many of the best things happen late at night and in the dead of Winter. Contradicting enough, Winter has a way of breathing life back into the land.
